The Miami Parking Authority has many ways to make parking in Downtown Miami easy and economical. MPA manages and develops on and off-street parking in the City of Miami. It shares responsibility with the City of Miami Police Department and Miami-Dade County for enforcement of parking regulations.

MIAMI RESIDENT DISCOUNT gives City of Miami residents a 20% discount for on-street Pay By Phone parking (not valid with other discount programs). One-Night Parking for Downtown Visitors

Park overnight in an MPA downtown garage for a flat $5. Enter between 6 pm and 6 am and exit by 9 am. Available at the following MPAdowntown facilities:
  • College Station Garage(G-3) - 190 NE 3rd Street
  • Convention Center Garage (G-4) - 100 SE 2nd Street

One-Night Parking for Downtown Visitors

Park overnight in designated on-street spaces in the Central Business District using Pay by Phone for a flat $5. Valid 6 pm-9am only.

Monkey Shuttle
